What is the name of your state? Ga.

I owned a home when my husband and I got married four years ago. He doesn't own any real estate or have any savings to invest. We are purchasing a new house and I want to to the right thing but all of the money being used to purchure the new house is from the sale of my house and my savings. I need to protect myself in the event he divorces me or I die before him. (I would like for my children to be taken care before any future wife of his) How can I do this? Will putting the house in my name and having a will state my wishes work? Is there another way to protect myself without leaving him out.

Thanks
