Our house is 9 yrs. old.....Original owner. It appears the underground drainage installation system was totally improperly/poorly installed, causing massive backup and water into home. Called a specialized plumber who said there was no Stone placed to secure drainge pipes causing pipes to crush as all materials were sub-standard, and he would testify to it in court. Basement totally flooded, valuable artwork ruined, front yard totally dug-up, the situation is a real mess. Many people involved, developers, builders, contracters...What the hell do we do???............Do we need a real estate attorney??..............Feedback appreciated!....Thank You

Hire an attorney

I most certainly would hire an attorney. Question, are other homes in the neighborhood experiencing the same type of problems or just you?? Do you know who the builder was??
