Thank u for ur advice and thats a good advice i call phil and japan consulate i tell to them that im willing to b deport but just help me bcoz i dont know what im gonna do and about the ticket and the penalty and ask them if i gonna go jail so they tell me they gonna try to get a lot of information to my situation but they tell me that if you still can take what your husband tricks just make suffer a little bit until your visa will come and when you are in elpaso we can help you to to file against to your husband if you want a divorce but if you cannot take it no more so we gonna do a plan that ur son cannot straight to japan .. Even if we need to make a dual citizen we need to do that but it takes time to process again that paper ..that is the one that they say..

I dont need his money what they say a childsupport for our daughter american citizen.. Remember i have two kids my son japanesse and my daughter and thats his daughter..and also the visa or greencard too that is what they say,.i dont know but that is what they say to me

You do not have a valid child support order so he is not required to give you anything. In fact, he will likely get your daughter if she is a US citizen when they process all the deportations from Mexico.

They said file to the court that u need a child support and u can do that if u still willing to wait your visa and if u already in the states bcoz my daughter have a dual citizen philippine and american but my son is only a japanese thats y they tell me if im willing to deport i need to fix my son document if he need a phil. Passport we need to do that so that way he can enter to the philippine bcoz if we gonna go deport we will go straight to the philippine so they said i need to fix the paper that my son needs..and they said about my daughter in phil law under 2 years old the mom is the one who going get the kids and also we have a issue of abusing so i can take my daughter in the philippines too ..that in my son i have a custody of my son but the problem if he can enter in the phil without a phil passport thats y that is the one to try to help me to figure it out

The Philippines does not subscribe to the Hague Convention for Child Support, so you can get a Philippine order but not enforce it.

Ahhh ok i dont know ,but that is what they said and they said i can get a divorce to him bcoz he didnt give any money that we are already martied and he knows that i dont work.. And he hiding a money to me and put the money to his joint account of his that but its better to do that if im already in the states bcoz the court gonna check all of those staff .. Whether if im still willing to wait for my visa and b stock like this gor now in mexico, or just go deport..So i dont know too that is they just said

There is no reason for them to issue you a visa. You pose a very high risk of not leaving unless he signed an affidavit of support and an I-130 for you, which from what you said he did not.

Ohhh did i not tell that to my first thread about abuse that he doing my paper and he pass all of that in uscis the 1-30 petition and i approved .and the paper is already in national visa center .but what i say is the financial documents that is the one that he didnt pass it yet its bcoz its already march so looks like he make it longer or maybe at that time he really didnt do it yet the paper for me thats y i didnt mention on thread abuse but i know i put that there that he already pass the paper but everytime we fight he telling me he dont want to do it some other rest of the paper no more and ofcourse time and situation change he change his mind and pass other paper litle by little..

Without an affidavit of support being filed, you are not going to have the I-130 granted. It will not happen.

Really i just got it last nov the visa petition from uscis and the uscis send it to the nvc then he already pay the visa fee then he also submit the ds-260 so now what he doing is to send all of his financial document and other document but that is the one part that he didnt send it yet bcoz they want my police clearance from japan and philippines, so to get those paper i need to go mexico city bcoz the 2 embasy is there..but he dont want to go mexico this march bcoz he said he dont have money yet and we need mexican car to go there bcoz he said that i cannot fly or etheir ride a bus bcoz maybe they can busted me to the checkpoint that i dont have a visa in mexico so he need to save money and money to spend to go there so he wants june to get a police clearance and he said thats y now he gonna send the paper that he only have right now and also he need his divorce copy too thats y im ask in other forum how long it takes the divorce copy to send it here from california bcoz all of this they want those paper too ,bcoz he send his original divorce decree in uscis when he send the other paper before,, thats y im talking to phil consulate and make a plan what im gonna do if i need to wait the visa or not so they tell me so if ur husband broke his promise to u onjune and you guys didnt go to mexico to get ur police clearance and that police clearance is the only paper they need in nvc and his divorce copy so they think its better to b deported bcoz its look like my husband try to do the paperwork so long and
My son will not going to school still so thats y i wait for my husband if we really gonna go on june in mexico if its not im willing to be deport atleast i show it to him i give him a chance to blieve again to what he say, but if we not going ,that is the real time that i gonna go to b deport myself than to wait another more year just bcoz of that visa or just wait another 2 years so if that is the case it means we gonna b 4 years here in mexico and my son didnt go to school ,,so i said to consulate that i cannot take that anymore if thats gonna happen thats why they said ,,,so now until we wait until june we need to fix the paper that ur son need to enter the philippine so when the time of june is come and he broke his promise atleast u already prepared for what we need to deport..if he need a phil passport or what tgats y that is the one they try to figure it out..But i know he finish and he send that first paper,the petition 1-30 i can send u the pix but i cannot put it here
