This charade is getting kind of intriguing. Having been to Mexico as often as I have, I know the Mexican Gov't does not care if their own people starve so they are not feeding you and I know internet costs about 1/3rd of what anyone legally working makes there. Yet you can afford rent, food and internet for months in addition to your computer. Who is footing the bill?

my husband didnt give me money ? Is this right ?he is working and he knows im not working now.. Can i divorce him.. ?? But he is the one who buy the foodbin the house but the other than we just free bcoz his mom is the one who paying the other bill even he working at a realstate and if he sale a house he always put the money to him and his dad joint account.. And when im asking where is the money that u got in all of this time he always say he dont have anymore or its all gone but im not stupid that all that money is honna washed away just like that i know he hide and keep a money to me a.. And also i didnt ask him to give me a money anymore bcoz i thought he keep it and when we had a emergency that is the one that we can use but always he said its all gone .. And saying a lot of excuse etc that i really dont believe.. And also if i say to him i have a right to know he tell me i dont have a right to about his money bcoz that is the money that he make so he is the one who has the right?? Its that right?? And he has a money but he didnt let my kids to go to school its that child abuse.. I cannot do here bcoz we still not in states with my kids we still waiting for our visa petition and he is jist the one who working in elpaso and he leave us here in mexico while he is working and go back home here everynight..also i cannot do here to or work bcoz i really dont know spanish and also we only have a one car and the other thing me and my kids are already oversatying here in mexico ,, while we waiting our visa to go to elpaso?? Some advice?? Can i use that to divorce him and he really disnt give any budget to me either

i need a copy of my divorce decree in my first marriage and we got my divorce in california.. I got a copy before but i dont know where did i put it.. But i need to got a copy again.. So how i gonna get a copy that im here in texas now? Do i need to go to cali to get a copy of it?? Or can they send it to me?? And how long it takes ? Its takes a month again or just a week.. Thank u

They already divorce thats y we married last year of may, he needs a copy divorce decree again to send in national visa center which he send all of the other papers except my police clearance and his divorce decree bcoz they gonna send it to him like about 2 weeks..

Me either i dont know about the law of mexico.. But now we stay here to his dad house in mexico so we are free and he just only pay the electricity here and water and also the wifi.. Thats it.. About the food he buys groceries in elpaso bcoz elpaso is only 15 minutes here to us bcoz we just only near in the boarder..

If u read straight all of my message i already explain that ..and i put my explanation to zignek .. I said i ask other topic about the divorce paper and prefer that is me who asking how long it take to get a divorce paper in california but that is for my husband thats y i said im asking a lot here in other forum so that way i can get a right answer bcoz i dont know if my husband lie to me ,how long it takes to get the divorce..its bcoz he always say yes i gonna do it or wait wait so i ask that question so i know but zignek think im a lier bcoz he said i ask a different question that he dont know all of the question that im asking here is all connect to my situation..

It takes as long as it take to process the initial filing through the court granting it. Many factors can affect this time period.

I just remind that he pay here the bills bcoz his mom give it to him for paying the bills here even he working on a realstate and he just only keep the money and put his money to his dad joint bank account
