the area is striped for parking.
I was not parked between two white stripes.
The car right behind mine was parked on the white line effectively taking two spots.

Can I use these grounds for any stipulation? Also the other vehicle that was parked illegally right by mine that was not towed as well.

See, there you go proving the tow was valid again.

Travis get out side and take pics now of the signs that are in place and also across the fronts of the garages ( if there are no signs now ) dated would be great , newspaper headline in the background of one pic even better. I say this only because it could be handy incase new signage is put up or signs are changed I saw this because sounds like your apt complex did not follow the number two item # The vehicle has been issued a notice of parking violation, SO if you decide based on that alone to take the LL to court its hard to say for sure but if you argue in small claims court that your state law saying (2) The vehicle has been issued a notice of parking violation, and 96 hours have elapsed since the issuance of that notice.

If by chance you let small claims settle this and you win EXPECT that your LL will likely refuse to renew your lease , nit pick your unit when it comes time for you to move , to never ever allow any lease infraction of yours pass them by again.

Could you agree at least that I have been parking in front of my own garage whether due to lack of spots or to make spots for other tenants a good judgement cause and this sudden decision to enforce a contract clause that hasnt been enforced in over 2 years just doesnt feel right?

Sure, it doesn't feel right, but too bad. The law doesn't care how you feel. If you didn't like the lease terms you shouldn't have leased the apartment and two garages. Or, you should have gone ahead and leased it and complied with all the terms stipulated in your lease. You shouldn't have tried to make two parking spaces work for three cars. Either way you're stuck with the tow bill.

The next stage of your grief is acceptance. Get there.

Their rebuttal was the signed lease that states I will only park in designated parking spots.
I don't believe this little clause that has never been enforced can now rightfully be done so now.
It's never enforced until it is needed. It was needed. Simple enough?

Especially that there are two other parking violators at this moment outside my window right in visual vicinity of my own vehicle that were not towed. one is double parked like I stated above and the other is parked along a curb next to the dumpsters.
These require parking tickets - unless a designated and SEPARATE sign is posted for the dumpsters
But white line is a parking ticket.
