Here's the problem. We cannot offer "legal advice" per se. We can give general information and perhaps what to expect - but that's honestly about as far as we can take it. If the situation is complex, advising you to find an attorney is really the only advice we can give.

There are other avenues; if there's a law school close you may be able to get help there (students may advise under the supervision of attorneys). Legal aid generally can't deal with complex issues and most have a relatively narrow list of the types of cases they can deal with. There may be charitable organizations who can help out, too.

Maybe you cant OFFER legal advice per se, but how about saying maybe you should READ this? or that? Give someone a direction to go, simply spoutning the same tired phrase over and over again, when a LOGICAL person knows that solution is not possible, is purely crazy and actually seems mean.

Direction? Go directly to sn attorney. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. That is the only valid direction.

This guy is starting to remind me of Spinny.

Well unless people like me, disabled Vets BARELY making it through life, and feeding their families can get a lawyer to work pro bono, which none want to ever do. We have to look at any avenues of help we can get MAYBE you all could TRY TO HELP?

Many lawyers do pro bono work. In fact, I do a lot of it. The thing you are missing is I choose who I DONATE my time to and those people -- they don't get to give me attitude and make demands on how I am to answer them and when. If they are too big of a PITA, I drop them as clients. If they lie, I drop them. If they are idiots, I drop them. I don't have to take away from feeding MY family to help ungrateful, moronic fools who believe they are the center of the universe and are always correct.

Google is your friend. Read the local rules, rules of civil procedure, statutes regarding probate/property/real property/lending, the UCC.. when you have read ALL of that, then come back.

Worse Case

, I got the titles to my property now due to my due diligence and firing of one lawyer. The question now is what could they do now to make my life misrible as they have tried in the past. They signed off on both deeds, I have criminal cases going on both of them, they will most likely be arrested next week. I also have 2 cases against them in Magistrate court. I was wondering worse case scenarios. I know a counter claim is possible but they have no case and I have a well documented case, just wondering so I have No surprizes I havent planned for.

Post the case number and the county so we can look it up. Otherwise, don't believe you even a little bit.

So, if it was settled you would be able to answer if your fathers estate was run through probate and if it wasn't what allowed your neice to issue a deed from your mothers estate to you without first having to probate your fathers estate.
