You need a lawyer. That is the only way you are going to be able to fix this at this point.
This is the best advice. Yes lawyers are expensive and it can be a financial struggle but you need to get an attorney.

If the OP wants to get visitation with his child, that is.This is the best advice. Yes lawyers are expensive and it can be a financial struggle but you need to get an attorney.

Your only chance now is to get your butt back into therapy,
While I wholeheartedly agree with this advice an attorney won't help until the OP gets into therapy.
The OP's statement that his visitation was revoked because he did not exercise visitation is completely untrue. His state of mind seems to be the one and only issue here. Until such time that he gets mentally healthy visitation won't happen.
I just want to set the record straight here. I did not state that my parenting was revoked because I didn't exercise my visitation. My ex claimed that I didn't, and that is the reason she went to the courts.
Forgot which personality was in charge of this thread??
Of course, multiple personalities could explain the need for therapy!

Yet in your thread Suni, you are female and wanting to divorce your husband. Let's just say this: you are a liar regardless of who you are posting as.

Suni, this is not the first time you have forgotten who you were (reminder: landlord/tenant thread).
Seriously, take some troll classes or something. You really really suck at this.
