What is the name of your state? Nevada
I live in Florida but my father just died and resided in Nevada. He married my mother in 1950 and never divorced her. Before he died, I found out that he supposedly married another woman from the Phillipines, although he never divorced my mother, and admitted to not divorcing her. When he died he had a house and on the title, he had the other woman listed on the title as his wife. My mother wants to know what her rights are to the house since she is his legal widow. As far as we know, he had no will. Please answer and thanks in advance.

Your mother needs to immediately hire an attorney in the county in Nevada where your father resided.

I just found out today that the house was deeded to the phony wife for ten dollars two weeks before my father died. I know that my mother needs an attorney, but is this legal? My father was blind and recovering from a coma when he did this. He was also coersed into doing this, but it's hard to prove because now he's dead. Please answer!

Without an investigation, no one can determined for sure whether or not the transaction was valid.

If you can get his medical records to show that perhaps he was taking medication that may have affected his judgment, this will work in your favor and perhaps you can get the transaction voided/reversed. Phony wife is already on shaky grounds because of her fake marital status. Stop asking so many questions and get a probate attorney to help you straighten out this mess!!

What was the cause of death?
