After my wife and I had our 3 child i got a vasectimy. 2 years later she is pregenant. We got checked and I'm fertil. He will do the procedure again but won't put me under. No insurance.... When it was originally done I felt everything on the right side as he did it. I told him I felt everything he was doing and and said is I jumped while he cut the tub Hum.. I dont have insurrance can't spell and no money for the pregnacy. Every body he should have to pay for the baby.. Any views to enlighten me on what to do.?

Please clarify a few things.

Before you had your vasectomy, did your physician guarantee that it would effectively sterilize you?

After you had your vasectomy, did your physician say the procedure was not completed properly due to your movement (jumping)?

It's all of the above..
I told him before he cut. His reply was you fill the tuging. Then I jumped when he cut the tube not before.. but the proceedure was done so tuff..
Did two follow up samples came back negitive.. No swimmers.. All I want is to be fixed... But everybody else thinks I should go for him to pay for the child..
But he mentaly scared me and I don't want to go threw the ordeal again.
That's why I wanted to be put asleep. Do I have a leg to stand on..?
Or should I suck it up and go threw the pain again.. Rember all I want is to be
put asleep nothing more..... But do I have any leverage?

No, you have no leverage.

I'm not a medical professional but even I know that in a certain percentage of men, the vas deferens spontaneously heals itself thus making the man fertile again. I can't indicate what percentage because the reports I saw varied wildly, but there doesn't seem to be any question that it can happen. This is not the doctor's fault so that the "everyone" who says he should have to pay for the baby is wrong.

Since there is no evidence that the doctor did anything wrong (you tested negative, after all) you have no leverage to force him to give you a general anesthesia if he doesn't think it warranted.

As a veteran of the Southern Bush Wars I can tell you that a vasectomy is NOT a guarantee and no doctor would guarantee the results based on what Stealth has already told you.

Just because you have no swimmers, doesn't mean you have no sperm. Impotentence is not the absence of sperm but a sperm count so low that pregnancy is not possible.

But, as we all know, possible is not always impossible.

And how do you know this child is yours?

Darling...impotence is when the soldier no longer salutes no matter which officer goes by. infertility is the absence of ability to fertilize or be fertilized.
