I just found out that in the state of Florida there is a warrant for my arrest due to failure to appear to a court date I didn't know I had. Is there anyway to clear this up without actually going to jail? :confused:

Oh, what a shame, didn't know you had it. Go talk to the D.A. and tell him you failed to appear because "you didnt know". Make sure you emphasize that it's the courts fault for not telling you. He will understand.
