I'm 70 and I have the 66 year of man who sleeps 20 hours a day and I know I'm going to fine him dead one day. There is no written contract and he said all he needs is 30 days and it's been 32 days. I'm retired and having someone sleep 20 hours each day not knowing if I have to call the police because this guy crock in my house causes a lot of stress. What can I do?

File in court for him to be evicted.

Here is a link to your other recent thread about your roommate. You might want to add this post to that thread. Thanks.

So raise his rent a big amount ? ( I'm older than you are ...and I and others gave you sound advice earlier ...get off your sorry fanny and move it forward by rent increase or proper eviction steps or both....)
