I won small claims for $4800. The claim was against the owner of a Property Management company. I know his personal address, which is where he owns a home, and I know the bank, account# of the Property Management Company. He is the sole owner of the company. But the judgment names him not his company. What's the best way to collect my money?

How? LLC? Corp? Sole proprietorship.
