CALIF.
IAAL, I found a website that has court forms on it, I was wondering if you could take a look at it and tell me what you think... Are these approved, or optional forms?

Thanks
My response:
Those are, in fact, the Official State of California forms. However, in my quick perusal, I did not see the various County forms, which are also necessary. Sometimes, State forms must be filed along with the proper County forms.
Another drawback is that you must print these forms out, and then use - - dare I say it - - a typewriter to fill them out ! Ouch. Talk about "back to the future". Besides, if I wanted to use a typewriter, I dare say that I would be hardpressed to find one.
The best way to deal with this problem, in my humble opinion, is to order the program called "Legal Solutions" from West Publishing Company. It's the best court forms program on the market. Yeah, it's kinda pricey, but if you want forms at your fingertips, for both County and State, and be able to type into them from your computer, and then print them, then there's nothing like it !
