Hey All, Just wanted to let you know that I won't be posting anymore. My feelings towards a certain group of people makes it very hard for me to be very neutral. So rather then being brought down emotionally from the constant bitterness theat eludes from this group of people, I will find other ways to help people. Mainly being a Support Group that myself and a few other single mothers in my area are trying to put together. We all belong to a discussion board/group titled Single Moms on a Mission. Hoping that my knowlege and experience canbe of benefit to the people that really deserve it.

Update on the chronic back problems. Had another MRI done last month. Nothing has changed, disks still herniated,*Feining Shock here* No wonder I take pain pills continuously..
But I had a consult with the Neurosurgery dept at a major hospital in my area, and they were trying to schedule my surgery for the 28th of this month. Well that isn't possible... I have three kids that I need to get arrangements made for during hospital stay and recovery period. Plus they did not have the approval from the state agency that is paying for it.. So, will be soon, just waiting on approvals, also I am researching success rates on the different types of surgery. The new Dr wants to do a totally different surgery then the original treating physician I was seeing, and the second surgical opinion Dr.

Your time here was not only helpful, but delightful for us - - I recall how we "first" met on these boards, and became stronger for it ! !

But, like anything else, all good things must come to an end, and I'm sure that you'll make an even better splash in your new support group. Perhaps you'll come back once or twice a year to let us know how you are, and the doings with your new group.

Renae, you've done a wonderful service to so many people like myself who finally decided that the last straw was the one to force us to take action and do what's best for the kid(s). I consider you to be a friend and ally and I thank you for your words of wisdom and support. Hope you get your ailments taken care of in due time as well.

As for me, my saga is (sigh) continuing, more court dates ahead, and as you know I had to curtail my contributions on the boards, as this battle, on top of three kids, my fiancee, my dad's condition (my parents are just finishing up a three week stay with us in Florida and he's doing great!) and a full time job was just taking too much time. I'm still feeling very confident that the laws of both Florida and of common sense are going to save this kid from a mother who just can't find a clue.... I'll email ya the latest as soon as I get a chance.
