illegal, I want to go back

I have been illegal for 3 years but i entered the US legally. Now, I want to go back to France but I don't know how to leave the country without any trouble... I applied for a new french passeport but i don't have my Waiver anymore. My question is how can i leave the US without the INS noticing my status...

No idea I am afriad.. if you leave via any normal route they will figure it out eventually and then when you try and enter again in the future they will lock you up, hose you down and force you to eat English food for the next 10 years.

Ok, only kidding about the hose

Seriously, when you try to re-enter then will probably inform you of your 3,5 or 10 year ban and send you home.
