illegal to post emails ?

I run a website with fourms a lot like these.

Person A posted emails between herself and Person B. Person B is now threating to take legal action stating that its illegal to post those emails without her permision.

here are the terms and conditions as posted on our forums::

(i have no problems with removing the e-mails if i have to, but i realy dislike person b and would love to be able to keep them up heheh )

**A: what exactly do you mean "I run a website with forums....?" Do you actually own the website, domain name and server, are you in management capacity or just the webmaster or administrator/moderator etc.?

I own the domain. the acutal server is owned by a hosting company that provides me with the webspace/bandwith.

Same problem...

I am one of admins on one forum. After one member constantly used vulgar language, spitted on everyone else and threatened people I banned him.

A month later same person comes and creates a new member name starts doing the same thing, starts writting how i banned him for some made up reasons and than sends me email using such words that half of them I haven´t read before. So that everyone would understand why he was banned I posted his email.

Now whole hell is braking lose, he claims that if he sends me email it is automaticly COPYRIGHT and by that I broke it. Now he is horasing me with his emails that he will sue me and I dont know what.. ofcourse again by using words his moma did not teach him.

Server is in usa, I am in europe and he is in africa...
