For those of you who remember me, I just wanted to let you know that my visitation with my son will start in October! Court is in September and no matter what they do, I know for a fact that I will get visitation in October with my son. I hope she sees this and gets the point to stop fighting. She can't win.

You should read this loser's past posts...He ignored and avoided his son for 9 years. no support, no contact. The child never had the father's name, but when the mother wanted to change the child's name to his REAL "Daddy's" name- this poster decided to fight it just to cause her aggravation. He did this while bragging about smoking pot and multiple DUIs, not to mention how he deliberately refused to even look at his son in court.

No need to update after...this is fact. I will get visitation in October.

I eat breakfast everyday, and keep it down nicely. So to the poster, if you do read my past posts, pay attention to how I asked for advice, was honest and just got bashed left and right

Remember that is why he threatened her with visitation- he was mad she was filing for the name change & he said if she won he'd be filing for visitation just because he knows it will upset her.

Yeap it will probably be supervised with my mother. She's going for his therapist. But that will never happen. She wants me to get evaluated, etc. but it doesn't matter. The only thing that will stop this is if I were to murder someone. She's just wasting her time, the more I read the laws, I know I can do whatever and still get to see him.
