I understand that my problem is quite involved and I appreciate your forthright response. But, if I may ask, are you able to tell me which court document I would need to file myself to proceed on my own and not have to wait for an interpleading? Or do you know if the courts have some type of assistance for those indidviduals proceeding without legal representation? I really do not have the funds to hire an attorney and am confident that this is something I can surely do. I am just at a standstill right now after going into the online self-help court document site and just not sure which one I am supposed to even file?
....Any information or direction,other than hire an attorney, that you are able to provide to me would be so helpful. Or if you cannot say it, just maybe "point for me" and Ill find it? Please?

Your case is really too complex to handle without the assistance of an attorney. It is certainly beyond the scope of this (or any) internet forum.
