What is the name of your state? Missouri
Hello again,
I have two general questions regarding credit.
Recently, I was told there is a way for lawyers to go into someones credit file and get removed any items that have been sold. In other words, say you owe XYZ $500 for a camera credit advance. They went out of business and now AAA credit bought debt and now have them listed on your credit. I have heard of some way lawyers can remove these types of items from your credit. Is this true?
Also, what are some real good ways to improve a persons credit to get over a 650 rating. Legal ways that can help a person improve when say they are under 500. I was told basic things like getting small loans from a bank, not applying for any type of credit for a year, or paying for all past due loans and not doing any slow pays.
Again, thanks.
