What is the name of your state? TX

The Decree was filed in NY, my ex lives with our son in MS (active Duty) and I live now in TX. In what state would I file for contempt action for violating the standing court order. NY?

Thanks again

In New York you have to file the petition in the state that it was orginally filed, which in your case would be NY. That is what I was told because I was in a similar situation.
