What is the name of your state? MO

I have recently signed a lease but have not moved in yet. I noticed that the lease says "The resident agrees to pay the rent per month during the entire term at" and then has the Landlords home address instead of the apartment address. Is this lease valid? I'd actually like to get out of this lease if possible. thank you.

Yes, the lease is valid. The landlord's home address is where you are to send your monthly rent check to. Why would you mail a check to your apartment address and expect to get credited for the rent payment?

YES the landlord has decided he would like to be paid instead of you paying your self.
