What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
Hi, please help. My step son is 5 and in a private daycare/preschool. He is not yet in Kindergarten at a regular school. My husband and I believe the guidelines state we have him for my husband's birthday from 9am to 9pm since he is not in school. The mother is saying that preschool is a school and that we get him from 5pm to 8pm. I've searched online and cannot find anything either way. I really need to know if we are correct and where I can get that printed out to ask for makeup time in court.
