IS THERE A LAW IN TEXAS WHERE A SPOUSE OR THE PERSON THE SPOUSE HAD AN AFFAIR WITH CAN BE HELD LIABLE FOR EXPOSING THE "INNOCENT" SPOUSE WITH AN INCURABLE, BUT TREATABLE STD (NOT HIV). THE SPOUSE WAS AWARE THAT THE PERSON WAS INFECTED BEFORE THE AFFAIR STARTED.
