Don't assume that the insurance company or your attorney have received the report...you would be amazed at the time it takes sometimes. However, remember that the squeaky wheel gets the grease...start bugging the heck out of your lawyer.

I did call Attorney this morning and as usual no response yet. Sometimes he will call from his cell phone after 6:00 p.m. So his not getting right back to me is no surprise.
I guess with all the paperwork that the Insurance companies and all the clients they have it is not unusual not to hear.
I am just so anxious to get this over with and return to work. Can only watch so much TV.
