What is the name of your state?CA

When is the best time to file an intent to sue letter? Is it best to wait for the investigation to end? Does anyone know any good websites about intent to sue letters?

YOU don't file an intent to sue letter. If you have filed a complaint of prohibited discrimination with your State or the EEOC, THEY issue you a right to sue letter at the end of their investigation. You have no choice but to wait until their investigation ends.
