I do not know why the witness did not go to park security. I don't know why most of this stuff has gotten to where it is, or why it has happened this way.
There is one thing I did not mention. I didn't really want to go there, but it looks like it might make more sense to everyone if i do.
The oldest son of Mr. B is married to a police officer's daughter. Mr. B is friends with most of the officers in the small community we live in. Maybe that will make more sense of this. It shouldn't though. The police are suppose to be there to help everyone. I do not want to believe that there could be that much corruption in the police force.

Lealea1005,
I have just recieved the declaration on wed. I took it to my lawyer. We are filing for another restrainig order, even though I do not know for sure (that is with proof) where my daughter is. I believe she is at Mr. B's house, living with him. I have called the police several times to go out and check the house. Mr. B does not let them in, and says that R is not there. The police do not push it any further. They leave, with out checking any thing else.

If anyone thinks something is wrong with this, and is in the possition to help, and is willing to help, I have no problem sending (privately) a copy of all the neighbors declarations, police reports, detective's name, police station ID, CPS report#'s, name of CPS investigator, and any other info. Like I said, you don't have to believe me. I'll let the facts tell you.

You previously said a police officer advised him not to have anything to do with your daughter so, again, there must be a report filed. That report, as well as the 'declaration" should mean something to CPS. Have you talked to them?

Have you tried a different jurisdiction? Try the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678)

R is listed with the Center for Missing and Exploited Children. I have fliers, and her picture has been sent in several mailers.

Yes, there are police reports of me calling and having the police go to his house. CPS has looked into the situation between Mr. B and R. CPS is on my side. The investigator for CPS (JM), believes that there is something very wrong with the relationship between Mr. B and R. They have contacted the police and forwarded thier reports. The police say that they need photographs of the two of them acting inappropriately, unless my daughter is willing to state that Mr. B has been inappropriate with her. R is not going to do that. I don't understand this.
CPS said they could not do anything more. However, JM (from CPS) said if subpoenaed, she will testify on my behalf. She also gave me the report #'s pertainig to the opinion of CPS on the matter of Mr. B and R's relationship. They are being subpoenaed.

As far as another juristiction, I do not know what other juristiction I could try.
