came to intersection and had green light but did not see in time walk was flashing and the way I recall as it happened fast I turned in when walk was flashing. One man on sidewalk about to cross gave me dirty look but no harm. Can I expect a ticket?

I may be wrong, but I don't see any enforcement cameras on that intersection. The things on top of the light booms are just surveillance cams.

I don't think I have ever seen a walk sign flash.
