What is the name of your state?Currently Pennslyvania

The child support order was originally issued in Oklahoma. The ex is in Massachusetts. When we move back to Oklahoma, won't the ex have to go through the Oklahoma courts again if she wanted to modify a CS order?

It depends on which state has jurisdiction over the case. When my hubby's ex moved to Maine (we are in Florida) she tried her damndest to get the jurisdiction changed over to Maine so that my hubby couldn't appear, but we jumped the gun on her and had jurisdiction retained for the state of Florida. Just my 2 cents worth.

I know that Oklahoma orginally has or had jurisdiction if either party resides in the state. I think that since we live in PA right now, Massachusetts has jurisdiction, I am not sure. That is why I am curious if once we are living in Oklahoma again, and he,the obligor resides in oKlahoma again, oklahoma will have jurisdiction?
