I was at an interview 2 days ago and they asked me if I was married. I know that this is illegal and am inquiring about what I can do if the job is not offered to me?

and am inquiring about what I can do if the job is not offered to me? Nothing, unless the job is not offered to you BECAUSE of your marital status (which is a protected characteristic in Minnesota.)
