Did you end up doing business with the Inventors Helpline? I spoke with them this week. They are offering a good deal for a reasonable price. However I don't know if they are trust worthy yet.

I ended up not doing anything with my idea, so I'm not sure if they are good or not. Sorry I can't be any help.
