Involved in a single car accident damaged my car and injured myself and still got dui

How can you compare my situation to that we all know what got scott peterson screwed was his phone calls he was on tape saying his wife passed away and calling saying he was in different areas when he was somewhere else plus they had him on tape contridicting himself,like I said im not challenging the fact I may have been drunk im challenging the fact I was driving and if oj simpson can walk when his blood was found all over a murder scene im pretty sure I can get out of this it all depends on the jury.

So what did he tell the police officer?

Did he tell the officer he was driving?

You are doing a good job here keeping the facts obscured enough as to not admit guilt.

You have a lot of holes to fill.

Did you tell the officer your uncle was driving?

Like I said I didnt have a chance to say a word as soon as I walked up to this officer to try to explain what happened he told me to shut my mouth and put me in the back of the car.

As he was driving me to the hospital the more I tried to explain at least let him know what happened the more madder he got so I just gave up trying to talk to him and said Im going to explain to my lawyer.

Iv'e already spoken to my lawyer and he said he was going to try to get this down to a public detox because there is no proof I was driving plus he says he should have got my consent to a blood test which he didnt and he should have read me my rights which he didnt.

So I was being drivin home by a designated driver my uncle he didnt see a trailer which was improperly parked since no one was injured and no damage to anyones vehicle went home to call tow truck.

I stayed at scene of accident didnt want to leave the scene of accident when cop arrived I was not in car tried to explain what happened did not get a chance too and was taken to hospital for a blood test that I did not consent to wasnt even arrested at this point.

After taking blood which results were not yet known I was arrested for dui even though though no one saw me drive.

Thats my story and im sticking to it.I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.
