What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Iowa

We signed a agreement tonight to accept a purchase offer on our home but have changed our minds. Since the transaction actually took place in our home, are we expempt from a 3 day cooling off period?
Thanks in advance...

Neither have I. I was trying to explain the concept.

Pardon me but what concept? What explanation? Did I miss something?

Your first effort clearly but mistakenly implied that a grace period was available to the real estate buyer, but not to the seller.

And now you are backtracking while clinging to justy's coat tails like some marine Remora.

Pitiful display of parasitical weaseling I’d say.

Actually, as has been proven time and time again, you miss quite a bit. Has it ever occurred to you to contribute in a positive manner to a thread? I could go on, but I'm trying to be nice.
