is it legal for a ca who buys or accepts old debt
(card dated 1994 dola & sol ran way out) to make false reports on trans union Equifax web site and say that the card was dated in 1999 and up to date till 2005 Jan , then say it is in collections, just so they can beat the sol date by making false claims and is it legal for said card to be represented by other ca and listed all in the same credit report make credit report look bad by having 5 dif companies claiming same card
so if a new ca buys accepts old debt does date still remain as old or does it reset when new ca purchases debt ????[/B]

Did you send the CA a validation letter? If not, then do it. Send it certified mail RR. When you get the green card back, make a copy of the letter and send that to the CRA's along with a letter of dispute.
The CA's are not supposed to do what you are saying they did. And I would call them on it! Tell them you know what they did and cite your rights according to the FDCA. Here's some good sites for this stuff:
