I see that when you get your tax return you need to spend only on bills or things you need to have to live, would using it for paying property and real estate tax and my lawyor apply? Do you need to have prove of everything you buy?

tax returns are your money that you over paid to goverment over the year and they returning it back to you. Been that its your money you can speend it on anything you want.

What chapter did you file? Are you paying a percentage back? How long ago did you file? What did your lawyer say?

I havent filed yet, was waiting on tax return to pay lawyor and taxes. Filing chapter 7, lawyor say keep checking acounts low. but what I have read in other posts that the trustee may take it, is that after you file?

That's usually after you file. Each chapter or circumstance may be different. At this point as long as you don't make a crazy purchase I think you will be ok.
