Recently, I discovered that the company I work for was breaking several state and federal laws. When I reported the issue to upper management, they ignored the matter. When I refused to agree to it and told them to stop they seemed surprised. Two weeks later, they call me into a meeting and politely inform me that they think I have a problem and that they can't decide if I should remain with the company. They said I was refusing to do my job and that I obviously was a disgruntled employee who was hurting the morale of the company. They claimed that they where giving me the opportunity to quit quietly. Otherwise, they would have to let me go. I have kept all the documents of there activity and they are still doing it on a daily basis. Is there anything I can do about this? I have a wife and family and I thought I was trying to protect the company - now I found out the company wants me gone because I know they are braking the law. HELP!!!
