What is the name of your state? CO

We have a week on, week off with our 4.5 yr old, exchanges happen on Friday at preschool. I go to see DD 1-2 times at school during the week she is with Dad. In the am, before school starts, for about 5 minutes. We chat for a bit.

I have checked with her teacher and the preschool director to make sure this is ok and that most importantly she is not upset as a result of my visits or that my visits are disruptive to her at school. They have no issues with it and say that DD is happy to see me and is perfectlly fine after I leave.

I also attend any school function she has during the day at school where parents are invited on either one of our parenting weeks (my job is flexible enough to allow me to do so)

Dad has done the same a few times, but not as regularly as I have. I of course have no issues with it at all.

Dad claims this is custodial interference, as it is his parenting time. Is it?
