It is so funny, how so many people, have so many complaints about so many of the senior members on this ridiculous free advice forum. All of these so-called experts love to spew out advice from a huge range of legal topics from all of the states in the union. Let's remember that ALL of this "advice" is FREE and who knows who these senior members really are...any REAL attorney is not going to sit here and do this kind of stuff (unless of course they are BAD attorney's who are out of business or are about to go under.) They are merely a bunch of Dear Abby's who sit on their fat internet asses with nothing more constructive to do with their time, typing thousands and thousands of posts. So, their advice MEANS NOTHING. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
FUNNY HOW THE SENIOR MEMBERS LIKE TO DELETE POSTS THAT ARE TRUE BUT NEGATIVE TO THEM SO NO ONE ELSE CAN SEE THEM. There is only one person that can delete posts - the moderator. Senior members cannot remove any posts but their own.
Further, any time a post is reported, it is removed as a cautionary step prior to review.
Our resident Avon lady apparently thinks that every time she snaps her fingers, a post gets deleted... however, it is just the software doing it's job. I give even money that all will be restored... but, who knows.
Lastly, those of us that ARE attorneys would never post any personal information on a public internet board... but if you want to go ahead and publish YOUR personal information, I am sure they will call you to let you know.
More specifically, anything else could be considered a creation of the client attorney relationship and must be avoided at all costs.
finally, let's not forget that our friend here has come here to find out if her LAST fellow forum members can criminally charge her for harassment and/or stalking... so, she came here to start the flame wars that are no longer allowed in the hallowed halls of Avon.

you dont know the goings on there at the avon forum so you cant really judge so your attempt to be snarky has failed bc you only know what i tell you. If i recall i had no issue with what YOU said you backed it up with evidence and no nasty remarks until now. The op is right though how do we know you are actually knowledgeable about issues with the law especially regarding the internet? You could be a hobo with a computer for all we know so i take in the advice but dont take it to heart. To me your nothing more than words on a screen not an actual lawyer.
