For three years, I was employed - full-time - by Starbucks in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before I was to leave the store, I gave in my two weeks notice that was supposed to take effect on the 18th of March. However, the last week that I was supposed to work, the supervisor/temporary manager removed me from the entire week's schedule without prior notice. I have evidence and a willing witness. What should I do?

....And that is all that you can do. Once you give your notice the employer may accept it at his convenience - there is no law guaranteeing that you be allowed to work out your notice period.
