My wife is an architecture student. She will enter USA with J1 visa to make an internship. My question is if she will be subjected to the two year home residency rule after finishing her intership.
Also, I am a Medical doctor, i will apply for medical residency next year after taking all required examination. I want to know if entering now with a J2 visa will bring me trouble to get my own visa in the future a remain in Usa for my training period.
