We will have joint custody of our child. He will have child two days per week, I will have child five days. Does he have to pay child support and if so, how do we figure out how much?

It depends on what you put in your divorce decree. Who has primary custodial residence? That person will receive the Child Support. Good Luck.

The court will decide how much, usually for one child it is 17% - however, it can be altered on an individual basis - say he carries the child on health insurance and pays 50% of daycare costs.......... the CS payments may be 10% - - - or less..........

My ex and I have 50/50 and we pay 50/50 for all expenses so I get ZERO in child support and he doesn't get anything from me, either......... to me that is the best way........

I don't have the hassel of it, etc.
