if dad is behind on his support he needs to go to court and let them know he is laid off before he gets so far behind he cannot get caught up. everything else you said, leave it between the child and the mother.

Isn't not right for a child to get involved with this kind of situation? It ruins her life. She said things to us about her mother's boyfriend's xwife how bad she is. She worries about adults problem which she shouldn't be. Of course, it's her mother and she belives everything what mom says.
