btw...finally talked to the HS lady today. I ended up calling them and finally getting them. No head start. I make too much. Really, after computing a full time minimum wage job and having it come to be more than the qualifying guidelines...really...if I didn't work or I took a minimum wage part time job, then we'd be destitute, but we'd qualify. We'd qualify if they took off what I've paid in lawyer's fees...lol

So how many times does it take when dad's girlfriend starts publicly calling me mentally ill and telling the world how she would parent our child before I should try and nicely say, "butt out?" and how to be within the legal boundaries of saying it nicely?

Right now I'm saying nothing, but as we well know with my ex, that means permission to be even more rude...this is exactly where saying nothing has gotten me:

i think that a person that would say that shes going to put her normal child in a mentally challenged daycare is a little well lets just say alot mentally challenged herself not that im bad mouthing mentally the mentally challenged i certainly am not i know many of them but being a mother myself i think this sort of decision would be very detrimental to a child and any mother who would subject there child to that should be perhaps put in a mental institution herself and lieing under oath about such things in the court of LAW under oath tells alot about ones character JUST SAYIN

Oh and she's talking about Head Start...apparently it's a mentally challenged daycare? Ignorance imho.
