What is the name of your state? fla.

Just received what is a copy of a letter to the judge on a judgement againsy me from citibank. $7700.00 4 yrs 29% int. making it $14000.00.
And then a judgement interest rate at 9%, everywhere I look even on the court Web page it says that the % rate for a judgement is 7%. Can they make their own rate of 9%.

the judgement was issued a one month ago.
The judgment interest rate was changed last month. I'm willing to bet the court assigned the previous interest rate -- not that it matters. What the judge signed off on is what the interest rate is.
