What is the name of your state? Florida
My wife has an undisclosed bankruptcy from a previous marriage. She says she has a judgement against her credit from a mobile home she used to own. How long does a judgement stay on her credit. We are trying to refinance my home to remove an exwife name and to put my wifes name on the property. WJM03

Was this judgment included in her bankruptcy ??
If so, it is basically null and void. If it was not vacated AFTER her bankruptcy, then she needs to get that done ASAP. Once vacated, she may be successful in disputing the judgment off her reports.
