can your lawyer send him a politely worded query??? you know to gently remind him that he does have a decision to make

Ugh, apparently during an attorney only conference she attempted that and he told her that he was reserving decision to the end of trial. WHY did I file for a modification then?

That's what I originally hinted at " until further proceedings " .

The Judge probably wants to get at the heart of what's going on .

Ahh, but I specifically requested that visitation should be suspended until full trial or at the least some guidelines be put into place (Ie: a 6 and an 8 yo should NOT be up until 11pm, not swimming during thunderstorms, not be subjected to unsavory persons....). This is what a modification is for. Now my children are being subjected to all of this stuff willy nilly and THEY are the ones who are suffering.
