PLEASE , help me .... I found my son, after 2 year's, I have custody of him,,,, do I have the right to go to his father's home and take my son??????????

My response:

If your son is in the same State as your Custody Orders, then all you need to do is show the Police your Orders, get a Police escort to the home, have the officer get the child and arrest the father for child abduction.

If the child is in another State, you've got to have your Court Orders recognized by that State first by going to court, and then do the above.
