 What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

:o I am nearly done with all the paperwork and am anticipating a smooth process on my Ch 7 BK no-asset filing. However (and please don't tell me to hire an attorney. I know I need to but absolutely can't do it, so while I am aware of the potential risks, I have to just do my best and hope it's enough. For the record, I have done other Pro Se filings with success) I have two questions:

I have an aging bloated student loan which is remotely possible to be discharged due to hardship and taxes which stand a better chance. From what I am hearing here and reading in my research, I understand that I need to request an Adversary Hearing to specifically determine dischargeability for these, that otherwise they are not discharged in the end. So. The questions I have are: 1) Do I request the AH at the same time I file? (Seems like logically one would.) and 2) Do I request one AH for the student loan and another one for the taxes or can/do they determine both at the same time? (Since it is the same BK, it seems it could be done together, but I certainly don't want to assume.)

Thanks for the help already received. I will be waiting anxiously for replies.

Thanks, Lady

:) The taxes do more than meet the exception periods for when they were due (> 3yrs ago) and when they were assessed (>240 days + 30).

So I do two separate AHs. Do I schedule them at the same time I file or give it some time? Logic would say one would schedule once a date for the 341 meeting has been set. But then again, government is not always logical, no?
