Just wanted to give everyone an update and Thank You for your advice. I just got back from the lawyers office and signed the retained. He said that the paperwork will be ready to sign next week and that our case is very straight forward. He also said not to worry about the 341 hearing and to just answer the Trustee's questions as briefly as possible. I will keep you updated as to what happens

My attorney said that the tax return which I received and spent was not an issue because it was less than $2500 per person.
