Me and my Girlfriend have been together for about 7 yeaqrs now and we have alittle girl about 3 years old in 2 months. She has been talking about leave for almost as long as child has been born. But we have talked about it and she said if we ever split from each other that she would stay in state so i could see my kid. But with in the last couple of months she keeps telling me she's leaving and if she go's she is going back to Washington D. C. where her mom is. But when we sat down and talk about her leaving before we had a spoken agreement that she would never leave state with your kid so I could see her. Is there is there anything i can do and If not i was wondering if u think i could get custody of my child . This is why i think i should have custody if it comes down to it ( don't get me wrong i don't want to take my child away from her mother unless i have to thats just not me). But this is why. She has gone to a shrink and they figured out that she is Manic-deppresive and Paranoid Schizophrenic and was told she had to take pills to help with that and she won't take them and she even stopped going to shrink. She has told me over the past 7 years like 3 or 4 times she has thought about killing herself. those where fun night with no sleep to make sure she didn't but she never tryed just said it. But worry if what if she does leave me and has kid and deside to and deside to hurt child to. Second rason is she is $16,000 in debt with credit cards and cerdit colectors on her heels about it. and she don't even try to pay them beside's one which had almost taken her to court and threaded to take the money straight from her pay. Not that they would get anything sence she never has money sence she over withdraws her bank account by time she gets her pay from work the bank takes it all. Thrid reason don't know what the courts will take it as a good reason but i will put it and u can tell me. She has been going out with in the last 3 or 4 months with friends she tells me but don't know because she never tells me who or where they are going and when they are out she won't answer phone if i call to ask her anything( don't get me wrong on this either not trying to control her just trying to know people so if anything happen to her or child i know how to get ahold of her to let her kno or if she don't come home i can find out what happened). But she says it's none of my bussiness and when she go's out she need a break and i don't need to be both her at all and i don't need to know her friends because they ain't mine. Forth reason for the past 4 years she tells mae at least 3 times a week i need to fine another girlfriend to sleep with because she don't want to anymore. but i always tell her thats fine we can figure out something no big deal but i never would go sleep with anyone elsa. But about six months ago i found out why she kept saying that she got drunk like she always does when she go's out and came home and told me she's to young to be tied down and she needs to explore to find herself and i said what about me and our child she said i can go explore and our kid go's with her if she leaves. I do know what i can do if anything can u please let me know and thanks in advice.
