Does a probation officer have the right to go to your child's school and demand a drug test without the parents being notified and calls your child a lier and your child ask that a parent be called and they say they dont need a parent there.Child said he couldnt take a drug test because he just went to the bathroom but he was not refusing he just couldnt go and now PO wants his probation to be revoked

Yes, they can do that. And while I am not familiar with the specifics of AR law, I would seriously doubt that a parent needs to be present.

The child can make his say to the court to request probation not be revoked, but the ultimate decision will be that of the court.

Don't know AR law

My experience in CA has been once a child enters the probation system, that child becomes a ward of the court and the probation dept does not need parent permission to conduct a drug test. The idea that someone can't produce enough urine for a drug test is just ridiculous. It's not like a gallon is required, your son can drink 16 oz of water and wait 15 minutes. Your child refused a drug test, and if he is on probation he was made aware of the conditions of the probation.
Parents who continue to make excuses for their children's behavior will continue to have children who have behavior problems.
